How will I receive the images once they are finished?

We use Dropbox which is an image hosting website. We upload the files to our account once they have been completed. Upon receipt of payment we will send you a link which will give you access to the images. You are then able to download the images to your computer. Keep a note of the link we send you as the images cannot be accessed without it.

Can I be sent the images on a CD instead?

Yes you can. We only charge £1 for each CD.

How long do you keep the images for?

We will store the images online for a minimum of 30 days. After which they are deleted when we need to free space on our account. It is recommended you download your images to your computer straight away.

What are your rates?

Can I use a credit card to pay?

Yes. We accept debit and credit cards, cash and PayPal.

Can I drop off and collect my items myself?

Yes you can, just contact us to arrange.
